The Crystal Method Tucson Concert reviews
Not worth the price
The Crystal Method's performance did not impress my wife and me much. There were indeed some comical moments, but they were overshadowed by uncomfortable instances where The Crystal Method rambled about her father being a jerk for 10-15 minutes without any clear reason. The routine lacked a smooth flow, and The Crystal Method had to pause multiple times to refer to her notes for the next segment. It seemed like The Crystal Method was more focused on drinking than on preparing for the show, coming off as drunk and out of sync.
The standout of the evening was Josh Wolf's opening act, which was incredibly funny. While many comedians draw material from their families, Josh offered a fresh perspective. He interacted brilliantly with the crowd. I felt that it would have been better if The Crystal Method had opened for him; I would have gladly paid extra for that experience.
